About The Position

A well-established and growing HVAC contractor located just outside of Boston is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position focused on servicing commercial HVAC systems throughout the Boston area within the Route 95 loop. Qualified candidates must hold a valid driver's license and a Universal EPA Certification.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Universal EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and VAV systems
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues
• Performing routine and preventative maintenance
• Maintaining accurate service records and following company protocols
• Communicating effectively with dispatch and clients
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and local codes
