About The Position
We are continuously seeking skilled HVAC professionals to support current and future business needs at Lakeside Heating and Air Conditioning.
Requirements
- Prior HVAC experience preferred (service, maintenance, and/or installation)
- EPA Certification (required or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and related components (for install roles)
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding system performance and recommendations
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
