About The Position
Ensure that assigned properties are maintained according to company standards Some heavy lifting of equipment Troubleshoot problems and make repairs Provide excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Perform all the above and other related duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Minimum 3 years’ field experience in HVAC maintenance or equivalent field
- Or, 2 years’ of Technical school training and 1 year in the field
- A general mechanical knowledge of plumbing, electrical and building trades
- Proficient in reading, writing, grammar and mathematical skills
- Possess your own basic tools to perform building maintenance
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (both required)
