What We Offer Consistent, year-round work — no seasonal layoffs Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement Paid holidays and PTO Tools, uniforms, and safety gear provided Opportunities for advancement — grow into lead or management roles What You’ll Do Diagnose, service, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems Support restoration and remodeling projects when needed Perform duct cleaning, system maintenance, and troubleshooting Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used Communicate clearly with customers and team members Ensure tools and equipment are kept clean and in good condition What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in HVAC or air conditioning systems Experience with restoration, drywall, or remodeling (preferred) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must pass background check Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying environments (attics, crawlspaces, rooftops) Good communication skills — bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Dependable, safety-conscious, and professional attitude Requirements Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation High school diploma or GED Ability to use restoration or HVAC tools and read simple plans/schematics Comfortable working around water damage, smoke odor, or debris Why Work at True North?
