About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential HVAC Technician to join a local, growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, maintaining, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems while providing excellent customer service. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable, and enjoys helping customers stay comfortable year-round.

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience REQUIRED
• EPA Certification required (or ability to obtain)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
• Diagnose system issues and perform necessary repairs promptly
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on residential HVAC equipment
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes
• Clearly explain system issues and repair options to customers
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
• Keep company vehicle and tools clean and organized
