About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and/or commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• Minimum [X] years of HVAC experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, on rooftops, and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems and components.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Ensure systems comply with local and federal regulations.
• Communicate clearly with clients about system issues and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service requests.
