About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in Dallas, TX . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- Extensive experience in a specific trade (e.g. Welding, Pipefitting, Carpentry, Electrical)
- Strong understanding of jobsite processes, construction schedules, and quality expectations
- Excellent communication and coordination skill
- Ability to work independently while contributing to overall project success
- Proven commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
Responsibilities
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify potential issues and coordinate timely solutions
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and project requirements
- Assist with layout, installation, and hands-on field tasks as necessary to keep crews on track
- Help organize and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring alignment of materials and tools
