Our team performs tasks such as routine maintenance, cleaning, and repair work to keep everything in optimal shape. The team consistently monitors the grounds, addresses safety concerns, and assists visitors when necessary. Additionally, they collaborate on organizing special events within the garden, playing a vital role in supporting ongoing initiatives and revenue generation. As part of the team, you have an opportunity to help preserve and maintain a cultural and historical treasure. What will you be doing? The candidate selected will become part of our maintenance and custodial team. As a HVAC Technician, your responsibilities will include inspection, repair, installation and alteration of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, and related equipment; perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment. You will also preserve the operations of the property, promptly reporting any maintenance issues to the Facilities & Construction Manager, and presenting a professional demeanor when assisting visitors. You will also be expected to respond promptly to HVAC emergencies, maintain communication, and accurately document any incidents or tasks completed. This role supports the upkeep and HVAC maintenance of buildings and facilities, helping to ensure the smooth operation of the property and enhancing the visitor experience. The HVAC Technician should have a strong aptitude for hands-on work, a willingness to learn, and basic knowledge of common maintenance areas.
