About The Position

Cii Service is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our Richmond, VA service team! Bonus Opportunities Available: Sign On- up to $5,000.00 (possibly more!) depending on years of experience Specific License Certification (i.e. journeyman, masters, etc.) Referral Perks: Excellent Hourly Wage Company vehicle, gas card, cell phone, tablet, tools, and uniforms Opportunities for Industry Training and Educational Assistance Primary Responsibilities: Service, repair, and troubleshoot chillers, boilers, pumps, air handling units, rooftop units, and split systems Repair and replace defective equipment, components, or wiring of multiple devices Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks as well as electrical circuits and components for continuity Constant and professional communication with clients, all team members, and office Effectively use knowledge of the principles of HVAC equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in servicing HVAC equipment
• Exceptional troubleshooting and customer service skills
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Valid driving license and clean driving record, required
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings during employment
• Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Universal Refrigerant Certification preferred
• Master or journeymen license strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and troubleshoot chillers, boilers, pumps, air handling units, rooftop units, and split systems
• Repair and replace defective equipment, components, or wiring of multiple devices
• Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks as well as electrical circuits and components for continuity
• Constant and professional communication with clients, all team members, and office
