Position Overview Job Title: HVAC Technicia Schedule: Full-Time | 8-hour shifts | Overtime Available | On-call Rotation

Requirements

  • 2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • State HVAC license (or ability to obtain within the probation period)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities
  • Familiarity with systems such as chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, burners, RTUs, VRF, and VAV
  • OSHA 10 certification or higher
  • OEM certifications (manufacturer-specific training a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems
  • Install and replace HVAC and refrigeration equipment
  • Perform system inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance
  • Complete warranty work, adjustments, and repairs
  • Follow safety standards and meet customer expectations
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and complete work efficiently
