Requirements
- Strong handyman skills
- HVAC knowledge
- Plumbing expertise
- Experience in gas leak and water leak repairs
- Ability to work on combustion appliances
- Familiarity with dryer vent installation
- Skills in flue pipe repair
- Knowledge of chimney base repair and cleaning
- Understanding of health and safety protocols
- Capability to tackle small electrical repairs
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Repairing gas leaks and water leaks
- Performing small plumbing fixes
- Cleaning and tuning combustion appliances
- Installing dryer vents
- Repairing flue pipes
- Repairing and cleaning chimney bases
- Conducting other major health and safety tasks
- Handling small electrical repairs
