Requirements

HVAC certification or relevant technical training.
Experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and HVAC system regulations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout the school.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and respond promptly to service requests.
Ensure that all HVAC systems comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance.
Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure all systems are functioning efficiently and address any facility-related issues.
