Maintain and repair all types of HVAC systems and associated components, Replace filters when necessary. Maintain facility operations through the monitoring and repair of various mechanical, electrical, plumbing, equipment, and controls. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on required systems. Perform brazing, soldering, pipefitting, welding, and fabrication. Read complex blueprints, piping, sketches, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Inspect, monitor, repair, maintain, and operate mechanical systems, motors, compressors, pumps, fans, ducts, pipes, thermostats, and switches. Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilating, air conditioning, glycol, heating, hot water, and steam distribution equipment and systems to optimize performance and energy use. Comply with company safety program and trainings. Ability to work productively and cohesively in a diverse and multicultural environment. Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • HVAC Universal Certification
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • 3years of related HVAC/Electrical maintenance and repair experience in a commercial facility
  • Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to be badged to work in secure areas of an airport
  • Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Airport operations a plus
  • Understanding of Johnson Control Systems
