Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
HVAC certification and relevant experience necessary.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in building and utility maintenance.
Basic computer skills including Microsoft applications and CMMS.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to understand oral and written instructions in English.
Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Demonstrated critical thinking and technical troubleshooting abilities.
