About The Position
As an HVAC Technician at St. Camillus Life Plan Community, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the comfort and safety of our residents by ensuring that all building and mechanical systems are in sound working order. Your primary responsibility will be to perform preventive maintenance and general repairs on all HVAC and boiler equipment. This position is essential in providing a safe and comfortable environment for our seniors, and you will be expected to work closely with the Environmental Services Director to uphold the highest standards of service and care. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, performing routine maintenance checks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also be expected to work on boilers, chilled water loops, and refrigerant systems, which are critical components of our facility's infrastructure. Your expertise will help us maintain a high level of operational efficiency and contribute to the overall well-being of our community.
