About The Position
The HVAC Technician performs skilled work at the journeyman level in the repair, installation, and maintenance of complex heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in county-owned facilities. This role requires responding to emergencies and may involve working under various conditions, including exposure to weather and hazardous environments. The technician works under the direction of the Lead HVAC Technician or a higher-level supervisor and is subject to a security clearance due to access to criminal justice system operations.
