Requirements

  • Valid Texas Drivers License with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience with a clean record.
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HVAC service and working knowledge of HVAC codes.
  • TDLR and EPA certification required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis: crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs
  • Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site.
  • Results driven in a high-energy environment with attention to detail.
  • Must be able to follow directions and work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Service Titan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive on the job training until you are comfortable in this position.
  • Display strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Use your residential service and sales experience to recommend, up-sell and coordinate any additional services needed.
  • Troubleshooting skills are a must.
  • Travel to customers home as needed and assure complete customer satisfaction when the job is complete.
  • Verify that proper installation was completed on HVAC/Plumbing system and assure the customer that the install is up to code.
  • Spend time with the customer showing them how to use the system properly.
  • Protecting company assets is an absolute must.
  • You will be required to maintain confidentiality and protect customer information/data.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.
