The HVAC Service Technician III is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Commercial HVAC systems. This role involves leading/supporting a team of technicians, managing projects, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients. Technical Skills: System Installation and Repair: Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and fix issues efficiently. Electrical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical systems and components. Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams Knowledge of Codes and Regulations: Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations HVAC Software: Competence in using HVAC-specific software and tools Soft Skills: Effective Communication: Clear communication with clients and team members Customer Service: Providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address and resolve issues.
