About The Position
An?HVAC Technician, or a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician, plays a crucial role in maintaining and improving air quality systems.
Requirements
- At least 5-7 year of relevant experience.
- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning and heating.
- Proficiency in reading schematics.
- Willingness to work after hours, weekends, and holidays with short notice.
- Comfort working in confined spaces.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
- Clean, adjust, and repair systems, including performing warranty services.
- Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to junior team members.
- Communicate with clients, customers, and colleagues.
- Order and maintain necessary equipment.
- Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes.
