The role also requires performing plumbing and electrical repairs related to HVAC systems, including soldering, brazing, and troubleshooting circuits. Additional responsibilities include using building automation control software for diagnostics and energy management, performing preventative maintenance, maintaining records and inventories, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and assisting in reviewing project plans and construction work.
