About The Position
This is a 12-month position requiring manual and technical duties in the inspection, repair, installation and alteration of heating ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. An employee in this class, with general supervision from the Maintenance and Operations Manager, maintains the HVAC and related systems in the facilities county-wide. Performance is evaluated on attendance, accuracy of records, accuracy and promptness of work order completion, and continual trade knowledge improvement.
