HVAC Technician - Apprentice Description: Installs heating and air-conditioning systems, including water heaters Interprets blueprints and schematics to map layout and sizing for airflow routing Runs high and low volt wiring in unit Cuts in and hooks up diffusers and thermostats Ductwork installation

Requirements

• 2 years HVAC Experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to use a Voltmeter and other gauges
• Able to stand 10hrs/day
• Able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
• Able to perform repetitive tasks; high physical activity
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, twist, climb and/or crawl
• Able to use ladders
• Able to communicate (read, write, speak, listen and understand work instructions)
• Able to pass pre-employment screening
• Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law
