About The Position

American Residential Services (ARS) is the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, with a 45+ year legacy and over 7,000 professionals nationwide. We're growing—and looking for top-tier HVAC Service Technicians who are ready to take their careers to the next level. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems, perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups, clearly communicate system issues and solutions to homeowners, present and sell system upgrades and accessories to improve comfort and performance, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure job quality meets company standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification (Type I or II or Universal)
• Strong diagnostic and customer communication skills
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and with heavy equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities
