Requirements

• Strong HVAC service experience
• Able to diagnose and fix without hand-holding
• Comfortable working weekends and after hours
• Valid Texas driver’s license
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, heat, etc.
• Professional, reliable, and customer-friendly

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Handle emergency and weekend service calls
• Talk with customers, explain issues, and offer solutions
• Run calls independently with company support
• Keep your truck clean and professional
• Close out jobs in ServiceTitan
