About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Proficient computer skills and typing speed of 40 WPM or higher
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Professional, positive, and friendly demeanor, with a focus on excellent customer experience
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Home setup with high-speed internet, stable power supply, and a quiet workspace free from distractions
  • Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including occasional weekends, and willingness to travel for training

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers regarding HVAC products via phone and online support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Communicate product information clearly and professionally, translating technical details for homeowners
  • Document support interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately
  • Collaborate with other support and technical team members to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Maintain availability during scheduled hours and participate in periodic training or product refurbishment sessions
  • Follow company procedures and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality service
