Tuition Reimbursement Paid Time Off and 9 Paid Holidays Pay Range: $18 to $24 per hour What You'll Do: As an HVAC Apprentice, you are the backbone of our field operations. You will work alongside experienced technicians to ensure our customers stay comfortable year-round. Your daily responsibilities include: Diagnose issues within residential ventilation and air conditioning systems. Keep systems running efficiently by cleaning air handling units, replacing filters, motors, and belts, and calibrating controls. Help repair or replace critical components like thermostats, compressors, condensers, and refrigerant lines. Clearly explain technical problems to homeowners, offering repair options and costs in easy-to-understand terms. Accurately track all services performed, manage warranties, and ensure all work meets safety standards and regulatory codes. What You Bring: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC services. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record. EPA Certification is a major plus! Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a strong sense of accountability. You are coachable, eager to learn new technologies, and take pride in doing the job right the first time. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Physical Requirements and Work Location: Must be able to lift or carry heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds, including furnaces, ductwork, and equipment. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and stand for extended periods. Requires working in various residential environments (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors)
