Requirements
- Strong execution skills with the ability to follow through and deliver results
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- A technical, solution-oriented mindset with strong troubleshooting ability
- Proven ability to independently lead and support a team of 4–5 employees
- A consistently professional attitude and appearance
- Solid computer proficiency, including work order systems and basic reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Lead the Night Crew
- Supervise, mentor, and support 3rd shift HVAC technicians
- Assign and prioritize nightly work orders
- Promote and enforce safety standards and best practices
- Provide coaching, training, and constructive feedback
