PCSI is looking for an HVAC Supervisor to oversee our HVAC team serving the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) on Fort Sill. This role oversees daily workflows, provides technical guidance and development to the team, and ensures all activities meet federal, Army, and local regulations while aligning with company policies and procedures. This role is key to the planning, scheduling, and inspection of work orders and preventative maintenance to ensure work is completed on time and safely. The HVAC Supervisor also serves as the primary point of contact for HVAC shop operations by coordinating communication among staff, management, and the customer through accurate reporting, documentation, and project records. How You’ll Work: This position worked on-base on Fort Sill in Lawton, OK. Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm, with some flexibility needed in emergencies.
