About The Position
The HVAC Supervisor provides direction and leadership by being accountable for the maintenance and continuous operation of all HVAC related building systems. This includes overseeing mechanical (HVAC controls) related electrical and temperature controls systems, critical environments, and utilizing staff and contracting with outside vendors as necessary. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of maintenance processes and an understanding of construction planning and execution. The HVAC Supervisor is responsible for ensuring safety within the building, driving Reliability Centered Maintenance best practices, and maintaining compliance with regulatory laws and guidelines. This position is crucial for the planning and execution of major projects and the development of a Capital plan for infrastructure upgrades and modifications.
