Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Superintendent or Lead Installer.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial or large-scale residential HVAC systems, including new installations, retrofits, and tenant improvements.
• Proven ability to manage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and on-site logistics.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively oversee crews and interact with GC teams and clients.
• OSHA certification and technical expertise in mechanical systems, ductwork, piping, and controls are a plus.
