Position Overview: As our HVAC Start-Up Technician, you'll be responsible for the installation, start-up, and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems. This role requires a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HVAC equipment installation and start-up
- Strong knowledge of air handlers, VRF systems, and general HVAC systems
- Ability to read and understand control wiring, high voltage diagrams, and refrigerant piping diagrams
- Experience with refrigeration piping installation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license

- VRF installation and start-up experience
- Knowledge of control and equipment sequence of operations
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-functional inspections and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems
- Install, diagnose, and repair refrigeration systems
- Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation instructions
- Complete thorough documentation for all work performed
- Assist with the installation of field devices on equipment
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Work with commissioning agents as required
