HVAC Start-Up Technician II is responsible for maintaining an open, positive, and professional line of communication with customers, vendors, general contractors, internal customers, and trade partners. We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Start-Up / Commissioning HVAC/R Technician with extensive experience in commercial chiller systems. This role is responsible for the start-up, commissioning, diagnostics, and warranty support of newly installed HVAC/R equipment for large-scale commercial and industrial projects. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in chiller service and controls, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. This is a field-based role requiring flexibility to work nights, weekends, overtime, and occasional overnight stays, depending on project needs.
