HVAC Sr Field Service Technician (Part-time)
About The Position
As a HVAC Sr Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and service for HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment in various settings. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Woonsocket, RI location. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of HVAC systems, directly contributing to the satisfaction of our clients and the success of our service operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Experience with various HVAC systems including commercial and industrial units.
Nice To Haves
- Relevant Technical Certification in HVAC or related field.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to mentor and train junior technicians.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on HVAC systems and components.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and field staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective service delivery and customer support
- Travel up to 100%
