The role requires promoting the Johnson Controls value proposition to the construction community by providing business and technical solutions, building and managing long-term customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The successful candidate will execute the sales process to cultivate and manage long-term relationships, seek out and close new sales opportunities, and utilize sales tools to document progress and increase business opportunities across all Building Efficiency lines of business.
