About The Position
We are seeking a skilled HVAC contractor for a side job involving the replacement of a furnace and hot water heater in a residential home located in Brick, NJ. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC installations and be able to perform the job efficiently and reliably. The project requires the removal of the existing hot water heater and furnace, followed by the installation of a new high-efficiency furnace and hot water heater. While a tankless model is preferred, we are open to suggestions based on the contractor's expertise. The contractor will also be responsible for connecting the necessary ductwork, gas lines, and venting to ensure that everything is compliant with local codes and regulations. This is a first-come, first-serve opportunity, and we are looking for someone who can start promptly and complete the job to a high standard.
