Requirements

• 2+ Years HVAC duct manufacturing and/or installation experience required.
• Strong understanding of HVAC duct design.
• Willing to operate machinery such as coil line, spiral machine, laser and water jet.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Able to work Monday through Friday from 6 am to 3 pm (40 to 50 hours per week).
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift 50+ pounds.
• Punctual and reliable with a good work ethic.
• Willing to learn, committed to quality & customer service.
• Value teamwork and be able to work independently with little supervision.
• Great communication skills.
• Leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble ductwork according to specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
• Support customers and provide leadership in the shop.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and be cross-trained to work in several departments.
