CCS Construction Staffing is hiring HVAC Duct Installers for a long-term commercial project in Madison, OH. If you have experience installing ductwork, setting grilles, or assisting with HVAC system installs, this is a steady, full-time opportunity with consistent 40+ hour weeks. We're looking for dependable mechanics who know their way around light commercial duct systems and are ready to work with a team that values quality and safety.

Requirements

• HVAC sheet metal or duct installation experience (2+ years preferred)
• Ability to work safely and confidently on lifts and ladders
• Ready to work full-time, steady hours
• Must bring your own tools and PPE (hard hat, glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)
• Reliable transportation to Madison, OH
• Dependable, team-oriented, and takes pride in quality work

Responsibilities

• Installing rectangular and spiral ductwork overhead
• Hanging, insulating, and sealing duct systems
• Installing grilles, registers, and diffusers
• Assisting with HVAC unit placement and tie-ins
• Following mechanical drawings and layout direction
• Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized
