About The Position
The Sheet Metal Helper will assist mechanics with fabrication, assembly, installation, and repairs of sheet metal products, ductwork, and equipment. This role involves setting up tools and equipment, loading and unloading construction materials, cleaning work areas, making subassemblies, and assisting in the installation of materials and devices. The position also emphasizes the development of technical skills through internal training programs and/or an Apprenticeship Program.
