Requirements

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification II or Universal (NATE preferred but not required).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces and on ladders.
