About The Position

Logan A/C & Heat Services is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Dayton, OH. We are excited to announce that our apprenticeship program is now Trane accredited! This position offers a competitive compensation structure, with total yearly income potential ranging from $75,000 to $140,000, including both hourly pay and commissions.

Requirements

• Ability to comfortably interact with customers
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team player attitude
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Represents Logan Services professionally and maintains productivity according to Service Department standards.
• Handles payments securely (cash, check, credit card) and participates in the On-Call Rotation.
• Follows company processes and procedures and reports field issues to management.
• Maintains a clean background check and driving record.
• Performs all other duties assigned by management.
