About The Position

We are seeking HVAC Technicians who can troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. Technicians can expect year-round full-time work with high performers having the opportunity to earn more than $100k per year. Requirements

• In the field residential HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification (Certification assistance may be available).
• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
• Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication.
• Participate in paid orientation and training.
• Work flexible shift schedules with no on-call or overnight work.
• Utilize a fully stocked, take-home company vehicle and gas card.
• Engage in comprehensive training opportunities provided by the in-house Learning & Development team.
