About The Position

This is a full-time, paid employment opportunity designed specifically for individuals new to the HVAC industry. Prior industry experience is not required and will not be prioritized for this role. Next training class begins January 2026 Training seats are limited, and interviews are currently underway. NOTE: This is a registered apprenticeship program with the State of Arizona with the opportunity to complete a four year program. Requirements

• Consistently show up on time and ready to work
• Be coachable, motivated, and eager to learn a skilled trade
• Demonstrate a committed work history (multiple short-term jobs may disqualify candidates)
• Have at least one year of experience in a role with responsibility
• Be comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and laptops (technical proficiency is required)
• Be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Be seeking a long-term career—not just another job
• Participants are expected to commit to two years of full-time employment with the company following successful completion of the training program
• The training program lasts approximately 3 months and requires perfect attendance.
• No pre-approved or planned absences will be permitted
• Failure to meet attendance requirements will result in removal from the program

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced HVAC professionals
• Learn HVAC service, maintenance and repair skills
• Complete hands-on field training while earning a paycheck
• Work 40 hours per week during training
• Progress through performance milestones tied to pay growth
• Graduate into a Maintenance Technician role upon completion
