Requirements
- Experience: 3–5+ years in residential HVAC (not commercial)
- Certifications: Universal EPA 608 required
- Character: Dependable, humble, solution-focused—someone who gets that the job is about people.
- Growth Mindset: Willing to work your way up, open to learning every day, thrives on being part of a mission.
Nice To Haves
- NATE Certified is a big plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair & maintain HVAC systems with precision and care.
- Communicate clearly with clients—educating, not overselling.
- Prioritize safety, quality, and code compliance at all times.
- Collaborate daily with dispatch, teammates, and leadership.
