HVAC Service Technician - Up to $25/hr + Up to $3,000 Sign on + 100% Company-paid benefits

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will go into clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance. The company offers competitive compensation, with technicians able to make over $100,000 per year through a base salary and bonus program, consistent year-round full-time work, and robust professional development opportunities including 150 hours of training per year and sponsorship for Journeyman license and NATE certification.
Requirements
- Experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Relevant licenses and certifications
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Clean and neat appearance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Hard-working and motivated
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems in clients' homes
- Complete assigned preventative maintenance
