About The Position

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems while delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification (R-22 & R-410A required)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and system schematics
• Experience with brazing, soldering, and repairs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various environments
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R systems and performance issues
• Present repair and replacement options with clear pricing to customers
• Complete repairs, installations, and maintenance efficiently
• Ensure customer satisfaction on every job
• Maintain accurate job documentation and collect payments
• Keep your service vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Communicate with dispatch between service calls
• Educate customers on service agreements, upgrades, and system improvements
• Recommend system replacements when appropriate
