Requirements
- 2+ years HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills (not just parts swapping)
- Comfortable in customers’ homes
- Valid driver’s license & insurable
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and maintain HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver real solutions
- Work directly with homeowners (build trust, not just fix units)
- Keep clean, accurate job records
