HVAC Service Technician

Requirements
- 2+ years of HVAC experience (residential preferred).
- Completed HVAC training program or apprenticeship preferred.
- Valid HVAC license and driver’s license.
- Strong skills in diagnostics, repair, and customer service.
- Comfortable working in tight spaces, attics, and outdoors.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Perform routine HVAC maintenance to prevent future issues and improve efficiency.
- Make light HVAC repairs when needed or recommend replacements.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining any issues and providing service options in a professional, friendly way.
- Follow all safety protocols including local and state HVAC codes.
- Keep detailed notes on recommendations, service visit details, and parts usage logs.
