HVAC Service Technician
About The Position
Plumbline Services is currently seeking HVAC Service Technicians to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Service Technicians are responsible to diagnose all aspects of the HVAC system, give customers options and pricing of repairs, order parts for install purposes and collect payment upon completion while ensuring quality work is completed to all local and national codes. The role will serve as a mentor to HVAC Maintenance Techs. What’s In It For Me? Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- Results driven in a high-energy environment
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
Nice To Haves
- Service Titan experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Successfully diagnose, repair and perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors, ductless mini-splits and hydronic boilers
- Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills
- Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements
- Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview
- Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
- Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards
