About The Position

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC systems, with a strong emphasis on chiller systems and large-scale equipment.

The ideal candidate has experience working in commercial environments, is confident diagnosing complex systems, and can work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience (industrial experience a plus)
• Chiller experience strongly preferred (air-cooled and/or water-cooled systems)
• Experience with large commercial equipment (boilers, hydronics, cooling towers) is a plus
• Universal EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Clear communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, RTUs, and related equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate service logs, documentation, and work orders
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and recommendations
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company standards and applicable codes
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in proper working condition
• Follow all OSHA and company safety policies
