About The Position

We are offering a $2000 sign-on bonus for qualified HVAC Service Technicians . In addition to competitive hourly pay, we are offering an extra $1,500 per month for up to 12 months. This bonus will commence after 90 days of employment, provided you remain in good standing with the company. A company vehicle is provided.

Requirements

• 2+ years of HVAC Service Technician experience
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Highly organized and motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Servicing existing HVAC systems.
• Diagnosing common failures
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Provide an awesome in-home experience with our clients
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
